Refund policy

As a small business I do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. I unfortunately can similarly not accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Sending me a picture of how your order arrived, including the packaging helps to make this process faster :)

If your item arrives damaged you will be entitled to a refund or store-credit

Refunds
If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact me at studio@cathartman.com
